Lujong: Body-Training Workshop

Stephanie Johnston leads this three-hour May 21 workshop on lujong, a set of 15 movements devised by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche. Lujong is an adaptable method to increase energy and pliancy of body and mind, regardless of one’s practice and physical condition. This provides an opportunity to learn and practice in advance of our upcoming annual sangha retreat, where lujong sessions typically begin each day.

Sunday Open Meditations; June 26 Sangha Day

2022 Losar Gathering

Our Feb. 2 celebration of Losar, the year of the water tiger, began with a morning practice followed by an open house at Nalanda West. In the relaxed atmosphere of the community room, members gathered to enjoy snacks and the company of their sangha buddies. We hope to continue to schedule social gatherings throughout the spring and summer, so we can all reconnect with one another.
