Losar is fast approaching. The Earth Sow is slowly making way for the Iron Mouse.

And with the Iron Mouse comes a new program! We are adding a Children’s Program to this year’s celebration.

Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends are encouraged to invite their young companions to the celebration. A special program is planned. Please register for the children’s program  HERE.

The loving care of our sangha home, Nalanda West:

Between Feb. 8 and Feb. 21 we will have the opportunity to freshen our practice space. Please stop by during your free time, or after Sunday practice, to engage in mindful activity. All necessary cleaning supplies will be provided.
