Beth Patterson is a psychotherapist specializing in grief, loss and life transitions. Beth incorporates Buddhist psychology, mindfulness based cognitive therapy and body-centered therapies in her work. Her articles and ebooks are available at bethspatterson.com. Beth is a longtime Buddhist practitioner and has been a student of Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche since 2003.
Ceci Miller has been a student of Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche since 2009. She is a book editor and author. Through CeciBooks publishing consultancy, she helps authors and experts develop their work and expand its beneficial impact. Ceci lives with her husband in Seattle, Washington.
