On December 10th and 17th we will offer a morning meditation practice starting at 10:00 am. Meditation will begin with opening chants followed by sitting and walking meditation. No experience is necessary. Instructions will be given.
Meditation practice and discussion will be followed by a light lunch – soup and salad – so that participants will have the opportunity to socialize.
