Teachings by Acharya Lama Tenpa Gyaltsen & Acharya Lhakpa Tshering
Losar is fast approaching. Rinpoche has taught that it is important to pause and reflect on where we are on the path at the start of each new year and to make aspirations for the coming year.
How has our practice changed over the past twelve months? What insights have we gained from our study, contemplation and meditation? How are these insights reflected in our daily life?
This pre-Losar teaching and discussion is restricted to Nalandabodhi Sangha members only.
