Sunday Open Meditation + Practicing the Six Paramitas - Nalandabodhi Seattle

Sunday Open Meditation + Practicing the Six Paramitas

Sundays, October 6–November 10, 2024
10:00a–12:00noon

How does one practice to achieve liberation outside of formal meditation practice on the cushion? On the Mahayana path, the path of the great vehicle, we engage in the two accumulations of merit and wisdom by practicing the Six Paramitas: Generosity, Discipline, Patience, Diligence, Meditation, and Wisdom.

During October and November Nalandabodhi Seattle Karunikas will present introductory teachings and guided meditations on the six paramitas, which are also known as the Six Perfections. Please join us!
