Open Meditation continues on Sundays with an exploration of The Four Immeasurables. 

Have you ever wondered why The Four Immeasurables is one of the opening chants on Sundays? What are these four immeasurable qualities? Nalandabodhi Seattle Karunikas will present short teachings and lead contemplations and discussion on The Four Immeasurables in May and June.

Through mindful movement and basic yoga, we will train in the suppleness required to sit comfortably so that our meditation can accomplish the goal of completely taming our minds.
