Sunday Open Meditations; June 26 Sangha Day

Acharya Tashi has generously offered Sunday teachings on the Four Reminders.  On Sangha Day, June 26, there will be meditation on Zoom starting at 10:30 to be followed by a teaching and discussion.  Registrants will receive a Zoom link.

Our next monthly Sangha Day Meeting will happen on June 26, please join us!

We will still gather for a potluck lunch starting at noon and you are welcome to join us. 

If you are coming to the potluck lunch, please bring soup, salad or sweets to share with your sangha buddies!

Following the social gathering, we are offering a “hybrid” sangha meeting starting at 1:30 p.m.  Sangha members may participate either in person at Nalanda West or by Zoom.  All sangha members will be sent the Zoom link the week of the meeting.

Sit & Stretch: Meditation & Movement—Training the Body, Taming the Mind

Nalandabodhi Seattle invites you to join us for Sit & Stretch on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:00–8:00a to ease into the practice of sitting meditation by gently waking the body and warming up the muscles. Through mindful movement and basic yoga, we will train in the suppleness required to sit comfortably so that our meditation can accomplish the goal of completely taming our minds.
