Quarterly Practice Day — Friday, April 19, 2019

Please join fellow sangha brothers and sisters for our quarterly day of practice — there will be opportunity for most Nalandabodhi practices including any silent practice as well as: Sitātāra (6:00 am), Ngondro, VS and Sadhana of Mahamudra (if qualified). Lunch will be available. We will conclude with a Guru Rinpoche Feast open to all Nalandabodhi members at 7:00 pm.

For the day of practice:  We need volunteers and kitchen help. Contact Don Ross: dross11@earthlink.net.

When you register for the Guru Rinpoche feast: Please fill in the Comment area what you would like to volunteer for.  Or contact Karen Wallace: wallace.karen.l@att.net.

As a courtesy to the organizers, please register for the Guru Rinpoche feast by noon Thursday, April 18th.  You can donate online or give by cash or check in donation basket at the feast. Check emails from Nalandabodhi Seattle for the registration password.

Suggested donation is $10 with a minimum donation of $5. We also welcome all levels of sponsorship.

Schedule

6:00 a.m. Sitātāra practice (for qualified sangha members)
8:00-10:00 a.m. Opening Chants/Shamatha
10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Breakout for various practice groups: Silent meditation, Ngondro, Vajrasattva
12:30 Lunch served to retreatants
2:00-4:00 p.m. Relative/Ultimate Bodhicitta Practice and breakout for: Ngondro, Vajrasattva 1-hr, Sadana of Mahamudra 1-hr
4:00 p.m. Tsok making workshop in the kitchen
5:00-6:45 p.m. Feast setup/Dinner break
7:00 p.m. Guru Rinpoche Feast Offering
~9:00 p.m. Retreat close and cleanup
