About the authors

Padampa Sangye was an eleventh-century Indian yogi and spiritual master, known for his down-to-earth yet profound teachings. He was the teacher of the renown yogini Machig Labdrön, the founder of chöd.

Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche was one of the most beloved and accomplished masters of the 20th century. Head of the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism, he was integral in bringing the buddhadharma to the West.
